Premiere Pro Closes When I Open Project

I've tried uninstalling. Reinstalling.  Installing older versions.  Trashing preferences.  Please help fix this.  Thanks.

Sorry about that. Thanks for the video. It helps. Looks like your project is not opening because of some anomaly. Do you have a copy of the Tik Tok project in the Auto Save folder? If so, try and open the most current one. Does it open?

by any chance is the project stored on the cloud rather than a local drive?  If so, download it and try launching it then.  try creating a new project and importing the old project... that sometimes shakes things up...  Could be a corrupt clip.  Move the media from it's present location and try launching the project.  If it loads and requests you locate the media, offline all, and the gradually relink the media until you find the problematic clip...
