Premiere Pro Color is different on Output than in Timeline

Premiere Pro. I colored a clip in the timeline and got it to look like image 1. Then in the output window when exporting it looks totally different. Finished export looks totally different. I tried different presets. No luck. Any advice is appreciated.

Just built my PC, here are the specs below.

Thanks for the computer specs.

But what you didn't include are details about your media and your many color management choices in Premiere. Which are clearly not set correctly for what you want to end with onscreen. Which are needed to answer your problems.

I'm guessing your media is phone clips in the HLG color space, and you had a Rec.709/SDR timeline and SDR export preset. Won't work.

But post the details please.

That's the Edit tab of Lumetri, not the Settings tab.

And as expected, HLG clip, a form of HDR. If you don't use the correct color management settings and export preset you won't get correct color out.

Auto detect log on, auto tonemapping on, then set the sequence color space to what you want to export. And use an export preset that matches the sequence CM.

Display color management should be on for nearly everyone ... unless you have a full-on broadcast-specced viewing system, properly calibrated and profiled ... and if you don't know what that is, you don't have it. So nearly everyone should have that on.

You've got auto detect log on, good ... but select a sequence, and set auto tonemap to on also. that is interactive with log detection and very important to properly set the media/sequence to the same space.

I recommend playing with HDR sequences ... only if you've really got an HDR capable monitor of course ... but working in SDR/Rec.709 for now. HDR is still very much the Wild Wild West, few screens do it at all, most that do can only handle one or two of the several competing HDR formats, and rarely handle properly and well the one or two they do work with.

Plus doing color correction on any screen that's not a full on pro reference HDR monitor is frustrating. The screen has circuitry built in to protect from burn-in and damage, and will automatically both dim highlights, lift shadows, or both but gently so you don't notice. Especially if you pause playback. 

So set your sequence to Rec.709, then ONLY use export presets that match ... which is all the ones without HLG or PQ in the preset name.

IF you do decide to work in HLG, then use only export presets with HLG  in the preset name.
