Premiere Pro crash after save (didn't save) and eXit

After save and waiting 25 minutes for Premiere to close, I'm still waiting for the process to complete.  Looks like the file was NOT saved.

See attached, including disk free (Properties screen), Task Performance (only 17% CPU utilization) and showing file was not saved. 

Help!  I'm on a 7-day trial and also on client deadline!

Sometimes it saves and sometimes it doesn't save on a crash. Look for your autosaves and as always "Save Often!" I hit ctrl-s at an almost minutely rate when I'm working on a pile of editing at one time.
