Premiere Pro crash on export of OMF

Hi there, I am trying to export a 15 second OMF and it continually gets to 25% and crashes. I have restarted. I have tried creating a new project and sequence. Yesterday it did the 30 second version fine but today is not playing ball. Any advice on how to fix it?

Sorry about the crash. Are you getting any error codes or messages? Does it only happen with OMF files? 

Do you have any effects on the project?
