Recently Upgraded via Creative Cloud and Upgraded to Windows 11. I'm having issues on Export. It gets to about 60% and crashes out. I've Reinstalled my GPU Drivers. Ran SFC/scannow. Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro and restarted after each. This didn't start happening until I went to Windows 11 AND upgraded my Premiere Pro. This has happened every single time I've tried to Export. I have no issues importing or editing at all.
I'm also have this same exact issue with Premiere Rush. Once it starts to encode... It Crashes. Other encoding programs I use do not have this issue.
CPU: 13900K
RAM: 32GB DDR5
HD: NVMe SamSung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB, NVMe SSD 980 PRO 2 TB, NVMe ADATA SX82000PNP
Backup Drive Seagate Desk SCSI 4TB
GPU: 4090 gigabyte windforce
