Premiere Pro Crashes to Desktop On Folder Creation

I'm using Premiere Pro 2023 23.6.4 and on export screen, PP immediately crashes to desktop if I click on location and create a folder at the destination folder.

Reserting didn't work. I'm a professional editor. We cannot update in the middle of a project. I create the folders prior to exporting now. I posted this to inform Adobe about the bug.
