Premiere Pro crashes whole computer on encoding

I have been using Premiere Pro for a while now and have successfully exported several videos. But now it keeps crashing while encoding before export. I have tried encoding in both Hardware and Software.

What also confuses me is that in export settings it tells me that my estimated file size is 219mb. But in Project Manager it tells me the project size will be 2.85gb.

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB

Please post screenshots of your media properties, sequence settings, and export settings.

Also, what are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
