When exporting any project that has even a bit of graphics, my IMac Pro just compleetly shuts down. It will get roughly half way and fans will go from off to full blast then black.
Adobe Premiere version - 23.1.0 (build 86)
Operating system - macOS 13.0.1 (22A400)
CPU - 2.3 GHz 18-Core Intel Xeon W
GPU - Radeon Pro Vega 64X 16 GB
RAM - 64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4
Hard Drive - 18TB ExFAT connected via USB-C
Video Format - no camera footage is used but editing mode is HDV 1080 if that helps
Workflow Details - file with multiple nested sequences, same project gets edited monthly and change to text and such
Steps to reproduce - well export video but I dont know what else, hardly any other videos export without the crash, its has been only since I updated to the new version of premire and macOS (i updated them at the same time) and for whatever reason they dont work together?
Expected result - the video gets half way then everything crashes, the video should fully export
Actual result - full and total crash of mc and have to wait several minutes to boot back up.
Hi @brian.seay,
I read your report. Sorry that it took this long to respond. I believe this bug was fixed several versions ago. Please tell the devs if you are still having the problem with a follow-up message. I hope you are now free of this problem.
Thanks,
Kevin
