Updates for Premiere Pro CS6 are handled via Adobe Application Manager, similar to how updates for Premiere Pro 2023 are handled via AdobevCreative Cloud Desktop.

First, try what Warren points to.

In PR CS6, Help -> Updates. This should open the "Adobe Application Manager" which will check for updates. It is working for me just now.

Let us know.

Edit: I am incorrect. The Manager reports only 4 updates, all for CS5 (which I also have installed). It does NOT report an update for PR CS6, which is installed, but never updated from 6.0.0.

If the update works for you, let us know. If not, I suggest contacting Adobe support via Chat to see if they can provide you a link to the update file.
