Premiere Pro Error: "A low-level exception occured in: (Transmit::Startup)"

Community Beginner ,
Sep 27, 2021 Sep 27, 2021

Hi, as the title says, I notice that there would be an error that says "A low-level exception occured in: (Transmit::Startup)" when I open a project file in premiere pro. Could someone explain to me why this is happening and provide me with a fix?

Thank you in advance.

Just try resetting the preferences of the premiere pro as follow -

To reset preferences, follow this step:

  • Reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the Shift-Alt keys or Shift-Option keys when the splash screen appears.

Hi Vishu Aggarwal,

Thank you for replying. However, I have already tried this method and it did not seem to work.

Could there be other possible solutions?

Update it to 15.4.1 and see if it solves your issue.

Hi there,

We're sorry for the trouble.

We appreciate Vishu_Aggarwal for his suggestions.

Could you confirm if the issue occurs only with a particular project? Also, please test the issue after resetting the performance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45VoFvSs-JI

Let us know the outcome.

Regards,

Shivangi

Having the same issue on all my projects even after upgrading to V22.0.  I've completely reset my preferences, deleted plugins, and restarted in safe mode.  I'm on a M1 Mac Mini.  Not sure what else to do.
