Hello fellow mortals,

Recently, I have had the misfortune of getting an error upon opening Premiere Pro as follows; the producre link fatBinaryCtl could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\nvopencl.dll. I was wondering on how to fix this error as it happens every time I open the program. Keep in mind that this also happens to Photoshop and After Effects

Hello

This issue might be due to your GPU driver, have you tried updating/reinstalling it from the Nvidia website

Hi Woojin5F88!

Sorry for the issue. It could be related to Windows C++ files. Can you check this article for some steps? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433...

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hi Woojin5F88,

Welcome to the community.

I agree with what Joëlle Bh suggested. If updating the driver doesn't work, try doing a clean installation. Here's how: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/connectivity-and-performance/article/clean-installation-of-nvidia...

Let us know the results.

Thanks,

Nishu
