Hello,
my exported videos have frozen/lagging parts in them, sometimes up to 5 minutes long. (Just a freeze frame visible, no audio and timeline of the video keeps moving)
When I start playing the video from the part where it's frozen, it's suddenly not frozen anymore or it moves to a different part. But when watching the whole video from the start it's always frozen at the same spot.
It's not the QuickTime Players fault, since the frozen frames are still visible, when uploading it to YouTube.
I also tried VLC Player - same problem.
I have tried multiple Versions of Premiere, I tried exporting through MediaEncoder, I tried exporting it on to different hard drives, or just different files.
I tried setting up the whole project again and just the video.
I tried different export settings and I deleted the Media Cache.
I tried deleting Premiere completely from my Laptop and reinstalling it and I tried to export it from a different Adobe account.
I also tried the method where you restart Premiere holding down CTRL + SHIFT and resetting all settings.
I still don't know what the problem here is, can someone help?
Have something to add?
