I have a 2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 with 16 GB RAM and every time I edit in Premiere this stuttering and lagging happens, the footage is h.264 from a Sony camera, I have effects turned off and the resolution at 1/8 and the problem still persists (although the stuttering is present if I am rendering something with Blender and I have music playing in the background, there is no stuttering if Im editing in Davinci). I just can't find where the problem is. I have no other programs running except Google Chrome, 200GB of free disk space, and as you can see in the Activity monitor neither the CPU nor the RAM spikes that much when I start playback.
I sent my MacBook to the Apple service and they changed the entire motherboard because they could find where is the problem. But even that didn't fix it.
Does anyone have a clue how to fix it or a similar problem?
