Premiere pro freezes every time I drag a mogrt onto the timeline and anytime I try to click somethin

I'm currently editing a video that has a lot of graphics and edits, and when I click on stuff or drag a mogrt to the timeline I get the spinning wheel of death for 20+ seconds or I have to just save and shutdown Premeire pro. Help would be greatly appretiated. Thank you!

Sorry about the issue. Does it happen with a specific mogrt? If so, what's the source of the template? Can you delete cache files and reset preferences and see if that brings any change?
