Premiere Pro friert ein wenn ich auf "Datei" klicke

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe seit neustem folgendes Problem.

Immer wenn ich eine Datei in Premiere einfüge und dann auf "Datei" klicke, um zb zu rendern, friert Premiere ein. Das gleiche passiert auch, wenn ich (ohne ein Video ein zufügen) auf Bearbeiten -> Voreinstellungen -> und dort irgend etwas anklicke. Dann friert Premiere auch ein.

 

Ich habe Premiere und auch die Creative Cloud komplett neu installiert, alle möglichen Adobe ordner beim neuinstallieren gelöscht. Ich habe den Studio Driver von Nvidia installiert und das Programm im Administrator und Kompatibilitätsmodus ausgeführt. Nichts hat bisher geholfen.

 

Ich habe einen Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 2070, 1Tb SSd und 4 TB HDD, 16 GB ram, Win 10 22H2

My name is Manuel and I work for NVIDIA.  I understand you were able to resolve the issue by rolling back your driver.  I was wondering if you would be willing to update your driver in order to capture a Windows crash dump file and share it with us so we can look into this issue?  If so, make sure to update to NVIDIA Studio/NVIDIA Game Ready Driver v528.02.  Then review the KBA below which explains how to capture different types of application crash Windows dump files:

If you are able to capture a complete dump file, please email it to us at driverfeedback@nvidia.com.  

Thank you.  We understand it is a big ask to request that you update your driver since rolling back resolved it but we want to make sure that the issue you are seeing is similar to another bug we are tracking and looking to fix in our next driver.
