Premiere pro gets frozen when I do anything on some projects

So after the last update, suddenly when I do things to my project,  it almost freezes, I can kinda effect things, but it's impssible to do any work, it has happend on very small short projectan and bigger ones, 

In the current project, It happened when I tried to use render and replace on the sound, but no saving and gonig in and out it worked, but each time I tried render and replace that happeed.
So I just didn't do that, however a few minutes later on the same project, I added a new video file to work with and I get the same freeze. I've tried to restart the computer, tried to add diffrent video files to the project. Same results. I've even tried to revert back to older versions of Premire pro. No improvement and even uninstalled both Premire pro and media encoder. Still if I add a new video to this project I can't continue

I've gone back to v23 and I can seem to edit vidoes now, however once I've exprorted a video, the project is now impossible to edit and work with, either the video is black and I only get sound, or I get a still picutre from the video with sound.

Thank you for your report!

If you are using a Mac - could you open the "Activity Monitor" - then select Premire Pro from the list and select "Sample Process" from the "..." button on the top middle.

Attaching this or DMing it to us would help us a lot in tracking down what is causing these slow downs on your system.

Hello.
I'm using Windows 11, i7 13700k, 64gig DDR5 ram and 3090 graphics card.
I've go all the way back to v23 and while managed to edit one vidoe. After
I exported the finish video. I got the same slow down/freez. I get sound's
but no video and no ability to work the project.

Premiere Pro has worked flawlessly until I updated to the latest version.
But even going to previous versions doesn't seem to fix it. Neither did an
installation and reinstallation.
