Premiere pro gets stuck at 94%. Have tried exporting through encoder, clearing cache , restarting comp and most things I found on threads. no special effects on the specific time of the freezing , even removed the whole clip , still froze. Any thoughts?
Hej,
I have been experiencing the same issue and just found a solution that worked for me:
I created a new sequence via file -> new -> sequence
And then copied everything from the original sequence into the new one.
It may sound stupid, but that did it for me.
Don't know if this is a bug or what, but I hope this helps for you!

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.

That may be the issue. There might not be enough room for system and temp files.
