Premiere Pro Glitch

Help! I keep editing videos and this glitch keeps appearing on my videos when editing and at times it won't happen but when exporting it .. it appears some glitches on the video.

Computer specc:

MacBook Pro

Chip: Apple M1 Max

Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency)

Memory: 64 GB

Does the video play OK outside of Premiere? It looks like it might be corrupt.

Sorry to see that. What's the source of the media files? Can you share the screenshot of the export settings?

Sorry for this problem. Can you please mention your Premiere Pro version also from Premiere Pro-> About Premiere Pro menu?
Moreover, we have made some improvements in the beta builds. You can download the latest Premiere Pro Beta build from Creative Cloud --> Beta apps --> Premiere Pro (Beta).
