Hello, i am facing issues with my premiere pro.
I recently reset my laptop and downloaded Adobe Creative cloud again. Everytime i open my Premiere pro, it loads fast right until "Loading ImporterWindowsMedia.prm" and then it just says "premiere pro has encountered a problem and needs to close". I am really not sure what to do.

Yes sir I did, uninstall and reinstalled Windows Media Player for windows 10.

Now instead of the error screen popping up, it just closes straight away. 😞
