First off I'm semi-new and learning adobe Premiere Pro 24.4.1.

I have a DJI Air3 drone that I'm shooting mp4 D-log files with. For some reason when I open the software and create a project i only see .dng file. None of my videos are listed. I did some research and I tried converting the video file from mp4 to mov using Shutter Encoder and used the Applepro res 422 HQ codec.

I still cannot see these any of these files on the import screen. If i skip import step and just create the project.

I can easily import both files with no issue via drag and drop into the timeline and edit them with no issue. can anyone help me?

Here are the video files that are not visable on the import window.

Hi Nicolle,

It's not essential to import your footage with the Import window. If the original files import without any issue after creating the project, then that's perfectly fine.

Cheers,
Paul
