When importing a preset into Premiere Pro 2023 on Windows 10 Pro, the preset installs but after exiting Premiere and restarting, the preset is missing. A workaround that worked for me is as follows:
I created my own preset folder under the Presets folder and it defaults to "Preset Bin 01". I renamed it, then I imported my preset into the new folder. Restarted Premiere. My folder name reverted to the default name “Preset Bin 01" instead of keeping my custom name. I moved the preset out of "Preset Bin 01" and into the "Presets" folder then I deleted "Preset Bin 01" folder. Restarted Premiere, and the preset remained in the Presets folder and "Preset Bin 01" was gone.
