Premiere Pro insert clips into sequence with C++ Plugin

Hi. I have an importer of my own files. But importing is not enough, I want my plugin to insert imported file into the sequence and make it an adjustment layer. I have found VideoSegmentSuite that can help to get clips but it does not help to insert new clips.

I know that jsx can easy insert clips, but JSX can not make them adjustment so I hope C++ can do it.

C++ plug-ins cannot perform insert edits.
