Whenever I open up Premiere Pro, it is just a black screen, it doesn't show any options or anything. I've tried things from other posts like resetting preferences but it didn't work. I urgently need a solution!

You might want to reset your preferences by holding ctrl as you click the adobe icon and wait for the splash screen.
Also, you can install 2023 now, and maybe that will fix it.
