Premiere pro is not working.

It went well until yesterday, but not today. When I drag the media to the timeline after loading the media, the mouse pointer does not move like this. Also, if I go out and come in, the timeline bar and the right panel will disappear like the second picture. Please help me.

reset the preferences.. hold ALT or Option(Mac) while premiere pro is loading on the splash screen
