Premiere Pro is taking 2 hours to export a 2 hour 720p video.

Hi All,

I just bought this new PC just a day back. I have been using Premiere Pro (I am professionally a video editor) for years, but I can't figure out why is it sluggish in this system. Anyone have any idea? Its really urgent.

PS. I have tried different versions but still the same result.

Check you have cuda hardware encoding enabled, on first boot my system comes up as software only. Do you mean to use Proxies for your export, what is the export time if you use the full media?

Cuda hardware encoding is enabled. I don't mean to use proxies -- some one in some other discussion had mentioned it. So, I was trying to find if there was any difference.

Scaling does take time, turn off Use Proxies.

Are you using a lot of effects?
