Hello there!

Since the new update Premiere Pro keeps crashing while exporting my videos.

My system:

Windows 10

GeForce RTX 2070 super

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

32 GB RAM

I already changed my settings to the software only mode but it doesn't help.

I also tried to export it on my laptop, but it didn't work there as well. My Laptop also has an AMD GPU.

I reinstalled all of the drivers and the application but still have the same error occuring.

Appreciating any tips!

Best regards

What version of Premiere Pro?

Does it crash both with export from AME and direct export?

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Hey there,

yes, it does crash every time - no matter if you try to export it with AME or directly. I installed the version 22.0 of premiere pro.

The Harddrive is a Samsung SSD 970 Evo Plus and it's the only one I have. It's a 1TB SSD and there are 400gb left.
