Premiere Pro Keeps Crashing

Every part of my pc is updated and running every other program runs completly fine just premiere pro wants to take a dump sometimes on launch and others in the middle of my edits.

My Specs are i9-14900ks, MSI MEG Z790 ACE MAX,  GeForce RTX 4090,  128 gb g.skill ram.  Premiere is on version 24.5.

The footage is mainly just mp4 footage but sometimes .mov footage will be edited in some scenarios.
