Hey guys,

I don't understand what is going on? It's been happening on and off over the past couple months. Basically, I'll load videos into Adobe Premiere Pro, stitch it all together, but then it freezes and stops playing like 3/4 seconds before it finishes. Does anyone know what could be happening?

It looks like all your footage is variable frame rate, while the sequence is of course constant frame rate. PP does not do well with variable frame rate.

You are probably using Variable frame rate files, which are what typically cause the problem. Use Shutter Encoder to convert the files (before editing) to constant frame rate. Maybe try ProRes LT or even ProRes PROXY format within Shutter Encoder for easy to edit formats with 'better' files size.
