Is there anywhere where I can find a manual that explains what each shortcut does ?

I'm not looking for a list of keyboard shortcuts. I'm looking for where all of them are explained

Don't think there is such a list.

Most kbsc are self-explanatory.

You can always google or search YT.

Not really. If you want to know what a specific keyboard shortcut does,you'll just need to search online.

Hi Sol etc.,

Unfortunately, Adobe's documentation is inadequate in many ways. This is one of them - no documentation of each command and associated shortcut.

As has been pointed out, Adobe relies on paying users to "search the internet".
