Hello Everyone,
I am creating a video clip of a lacrosse player scoring a goal. I recorded the footage with my Sony A7iii at 120 fps. This is what I typically use to shoot video and always create clear, crisp videos with Premiere Pro.
For some reason, the last couple of days, when I make a video and use keyframes, the result is a jumpy video where the keyframes are. Its horrible! I have no other effects on. I shoot horizontally and then create a 1080 by 1920 video to post to Insta.
I use the keyframes to keep the player and ball in the center of the video. I have googled and tried to fix this using rendering and time interpolation with no luck!
Any ideas?!
I have attached my video example. You can see where it is jumpy where the keyframes are. So frustrating!
Have something to add?
