premiere pro latest update crashing when encoder made proxy files

hi, im having issue's with my premiere pro crashing after i made proxy files from canon xml files. almost all the files were able to be made into proxy's expect 5 files and now premiere crashes everytime i open it. sometimes itll stay open, but when i go to the files that wouldn't convert to proxy's it shuts down again. why wont the files convert to proxys and how i keep premiere from crashing? i have the latest version of premiere and running on mac ventura 13.3.1, my processor is 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Hey Lexi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Does Premiere Pro crash when you try to open one of the five source files, or does it only crash when you're creating proxies? Please share your complete system specifications (GPU, RAM, Intel processor generation) and let us know the exact dot version of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder you're using.
