Premiere Pro Legacy Title Crash 2023

I'm trying to open a old project that uses the legacy titler. Upon open, I get a mesage saying that legacy title is no longer supported, and premiere pro will convert each title into a Source Graphic. I hit "Ok" then immediately after I get a crash report. My project file is completely unusable because of this crash. 

Are there any fixes on this? I'm using the latest version of premiere 24.0
