Premiere Pro, not launching, pass the splash screen

I cannot get premiere Pro to launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program a number of times and it gets to the splash green and then when the splash green goes away, it gives me a small white line at the bottom of my screen. I also have tried clearing the cache , but I'm not sure if I did it right !SOS!!

Thanks for your note. It sounds like you can't launch Premiere Pro. Sounds painful. Can you try pressing the Shift Key at launch to engage the Reset Options dialog box? There you can reset preferences, delete all media cache (including current media cache), and the ability to launch with plug-ins disabled. See if you are able to launch after trying this. Let us know if it works.
