Premiere Pro does not respond to clicks in the timeline or in the menu on Mac Studio. Please help !

has it ever worked properly on this system?  If so, did you do any updates to premiere or the mac os or installed any new programs or hardware?   One useful troubleshooting step is to create a new user with administrative privileges in system preferences: users and groups and then log out of your current account and relog in as the new user.  Sometimes something can get corrupted in your user settings or an app can cause these sorts of issues.  a new user will sometimes sort things out...

so you haven't done any updates or new installtions since then?  Try resetting premiere preferences.  I think you hold the option key when you launch premiere to reset preferences...
