Good evening guys . I have a very serious problem with premiere pro and I can't work on any of my projects because all the video files are pending. Also, I can't import any video into either a new or an old project, regardless of whether it's mp4 or mov or anything else. As soon as I go to import a file, the blue bar just freezes. I repeat that I am talking about all my projects, not just one. I am working on a MacBook Pro Apple M1 Pro
I forgot something very important because I thought the message it was showing only appeared in one project but it opens it in all eventually. The message says a low-level exception, occurred in: insta360 importer (importer:39) I thought there might have been a mess with the insta360 editing program so I uninstalled it, but the problem remains
