Hello.
We are having an issue on a Windows 10 PC with not being able to use the function in Premiere Pro "edit clip in Audition". All of the installed Adobe programs are up to date.
When the audio track is right clicked and select "edit clip in Audition" either an error box briefly flashes on the screen and disappears and nothing else happens or Premiere displays this error box titled - "Render and Replace" and the error code "Encode operation 0 of 1 failed to file".
Now if we select the audio clip and then from the Edit menu ---> Edit in Adobe Audition ---> Sequence.
The audio converts and opens in Audition as a multi track session.
Thanks

Where do I fing the cleaner tool?
Also do I need to back up preferences or settings on the two programs?
Thanks
Steve

Try reinstalling without cleaner tool first.
Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
