Premiere Pro's transcription vs third party such as Otter or Rev

One of my two goals for transcription in Premiere Pro is captioning, which seems best done with the built-in transcription and captioning -- or is there an advantage to using a more accurate third party for transcribing then pasting that in for Premiere Pro to handle the captioning part?

My other, more frequent need, is to take a video in which I was interviewed or I interviewed someone and quickly scan the text for selecting short clips to excerpt for a trailer. Again, I'm wondering if using the built-in transcription feature in Premiere Pro is best for this, or if a third-party service like Otter or Rev might be better, maybe for accuracy or convenience or some other reason I'm not aware of having not tried it yet?

I can't imagine there is much advantage to an external service - especially since the built-in is free.
You can use the "Text based editing function" to select clips for trailers:
