Premiere pro slow to open (11 minuti)

Premiere Pro 24.0 after installation suddenly started to slow down the speed when opening projects. It's been 4 months. Every time you have to reinstall and it's not possible to have to do this all the time.

today it takes more than 11 minutes to open a project. Which doesn't happen if you import a project into another one that's already open.

It happens every time I open a project. So for any project.
but Premiere from the icon opens very quickly

Absurdly, if I import the same project into the project that opened the first time in 11 minutes, there is no waiting.

no it doesn't happen if I open a new project and create a new sequence by dropping the video on the timeline

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

It's a business computer with a very large NAS.

I've seen it slow down when I have the Essential Graphics tab within the workspace. But we're talking 26 seconds. If I remove that panel from the workspace I don't see that.

I believe the issue i've seen has something to do with cc Libraries, so make sure CC desktop is open before you launch pp.
