Premiere Pro; Sound not available

New Here ,
Jul 15, 2024 Jul 15, 2024

I have a problem with my Premiere Pro version.
Imported MP4s and MP3s have no sound.
In other programs (MS Clipchamp), however, the sound is present.

When opening already finished projects, I get the error "MME - Device: Internal error" (I cannot set anything other than MME in the audio settings) (I do assume that my problem lies here, but that's just an assumption). Changing the audio settings also has no effect.

I have already checked the audio drivers in the device manager.
I have already opened Premiere Pro several times with Administrator and with the ALT key (so I can reset the program).

As you can see in the picture, the sound is available but nothing comes out of my speakers or headphones (when connected).

Are there any other solutions?

Thanks

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace

1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
