Hello, since my colleague's workstation first had Premiere 23.6 and now 24.0, I also wanted to update my system (23.3).
But every version of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder (I really checked all higher versions) crashes before the app starts.
System Details:
Win 10
Intel Core ™ i7-6850K CPU 3.60 GHz
Nvidia Titan X
All drivers are up to date (546.01 Game Ready Driver), I also tried the Studio Driver (same driver number).
I have already tried holding down the shift key on startup to reset the application settings, clear the media cache files, reset the plugin load cache and disable third party plugins with no positive result.
I used Adobe_Creative_Cloud_Diagnostics_(Beta), at first it "fixed" the app settings, later it found no more problems.
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire Adobe Cloud, but with no positive change.
I need to use the newer versions of the apps for upcoming projects, so the older versions are not an alternative. As an example: If my colleague is using the newer version, I can't open his project files because of the newer version. Running both systems with an older version is not an alternative either.
Can anyone help me find a solution? 😞

I tried all of them, unfortunately none of them helped. Are there other problems that could be responsible for this?
When starting the program, a different loading point is always displayed before the crash, for example:
Loading (83) ExporterBMP.prm
Loading (53) ImporterDirectShow.prm
Loading (37) ImporterSensorManager.prm
Loading (29) ImporterWindowsMedia.prm
Loading (57) ImporterBarsAndTone.prm
Loading (86) DXSampleInterceptor.dll
With the current version of After Effects the program crashes with the following:
Initializing MediaCore.
As indicated in the instructions, I have looked at the MediaCore folder, but it is empty (only a dummy.txt is present).
I would be very grateful for any helpful feedback as I need to continue working with Premiere Pro and AFX...
