Premiere pro start up works area miisnin!

premiere pro misses start up the panel where you have work or projects. How can I restore it?
I only have home without my projects and new project and open project! if I want to open a project, I have to click on file- open recent to open my project.
How do I restore it?

If you reset preferences the list gets wiped.
