Hi there, I'm currently working on a four-perspective video. After using Premiere for longer than I'd say, about 20 minutes, it starts to freeze whenever I cut, move, drag the playhead, or play the video. I've tried clearing my media cache as well as resetting my workspace. It works again after not using Premiere Pro for about 10–15 minutes. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
Computer specs:

Ram: 64.0GB DDR5 (4800 mhz)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE AORUS 17 YE5 (U3E1).
Premiere Pro Version: 23.4

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

I have my OS & Cache on the built in NVME SSD (662GB/935GB) and my Footage & Project File on an External 4TB HDD (3TB/3.6TB)

The HDD is possibly slowing things down (because it is an HDD, not an SSD, and also getting full), but that doesn't explain it being OK after letting it sit for 20 minutes. I wonder if it might be a heat issue?

I've tried transferring everything over to an SSD, still having the same issue. My computer's tempuratures are fine. I'm honestly stumped, I'm not sure what else there is to try
