Hi.
I'm having problems with Premiere Pro on Windows. I get no warning, there is no error msg, app just disappears. I can't reproduce it by doing something specific, but it happens almost every time I use the program. How can I begin to troubleshoot this?
What I've tried with no avail:

Björn

Hi Björn!
Sorry about the crash. Would you mind sharing your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Also, Does it happen while working on a specific project, or is it while launching the application?
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

Check for system overheating.
If you are working from an external drive make sure it's a fast drive and that no other hardware or software is using the same bus as the drive.
Check for software conflicts like antivirus and other system monitoring apps.
EDIT: I just your post above. Try disabling the onboard Intel graphics either through the Nvidia control panel or system bios.

Ok, good ideas all, I'll look into that.
About the hard drive I'm on an M2 2TB SSD chip. And I have one more 2TB M2 SSD for the cache and media library.
