I do not see video capture features for Premiere Pro such as screen capture and webcam capture.

I make short form training videos in 1920x1080 format.

Are there video capture features in Premiere Pro i am missing? If not, may i have some recommendations for video capture tools that make nice work flow (capture, import, edit) for use with Premiere Pro.

No, there are no screen capture features in Premiere Pro so you need to use a third part app for that. The only capture features is from FireWire devices or via a third party capture card from Blackmagic Design. So in theory you should be able to feed HMDI signal from computer A and capture that signal in computer B.

I have use material from Screen Recorder - FlashBack, Open Broadcaster Software | OBS and Camtasia Screen Recorder without issues. OBS is free while the others cost money.
