Hey guys,
maybe you can help me with this one. I'm building a "zoom in" effect with the original footage being in V1. On V2 is an adjustment layer with all my effects (replicate, offset, mirror x4). Now I want to zoom in using the transform effect but for some reason the "scale" on this transform isn't doing anything to the footage below. Do you know whats going on here?
Ok I just solved it by nesting the adjustment layer, copying all effects on the nested sequence and leaving an empty layer in my nested sequence. I also blinded the video layers inside the nest.

Thats great, but I'm having an issue in 2022 where I put a transform layer to do a simple slight push in over a transition between 2 clips, and the push in after time starts to glitch and gets jittery and not smoothe...It's inconsistent...sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. I will try this and see, but it seems to be a different issue than it just not working.

Actually, if anyone is having the same issue, rendering prior to export doesnt solve it, rendering in "software" render setting did, then switching back to GPU could be a pain etc...BUT what did finaly end up solving the issue was bumping up the shutter angle in the transform effect a bit..I went to 180. Then nothing but a smooth subtle push in without the jittery results I was getting before.

Hey,
I have the same issue, but if I put my effects on the nested clip and none of my effects are working anymore...

Same problem here. Everywhere else says it's an adjustment layer problem.
