Premiere Pro v 15:2 is acting super buggy for me, it keeps lagging and I can't use any transitions.

Is anyone else having this problem. After this recent update, I can't get more than a few minutes of work done without the program stuttering. I'm using a MacBook Pro 2020 if that's the cause. 

In addition to the lagging, it won't playback transitions if I add them. It's doubled my edit times and I'm super frustrated.

Make sure you don't have the global FX (effects) button pushed (blue). It's on the program monitor if you've added it there.
