Premiere pro V15. make crash my mac book pro

Hello i have an issue i installed updtes from the premiere V15.++ and every time since, my computer its grashing , same happened with Media Encoder and After Effects latest versions, im trying to used older version of this softwares to see if this makes any solution, but please if you have a tip or any idea of what its happening let me know.

the error report its a mac crash, reboot abecause there its a problem.

I'm usig mac book pro Retina 2013

2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Hi Jhota Gomez,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Is it crashing while doing anything specific or is it random? Also, have you tried resetting app preferences & checked if it's working properly?

well i tried that too and unisntall the V15. and went back to 14.9 and kept crashing the computer

Guessing your machine is too weak to handle version 15.

yeah that what i figured but even downgrading to older version didnt work, and when finished loading the premiere pro still make it crash. 😞
