Premiere Pro V22.4 - Failed to open project

• MacOS Monteray 12.4
• Adobe PP 22.4
• Started a project 744KB in size, only 6 mins long.
• Saved and closed came back to machine, failed to open project sat at 71% progress....  Nothing more after minutes of waiting...

Any assitance here is greatly appreciated. Would like to avoid having to recreate this project 😞 ...
