Issue - Scrolling with the pen does not works in all of the windows of de App. Nor Timeline, Effects, Effects Controls, etc.

Operating system: MacOs Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261)

GPU: Apple M1 Max
RAM: 32 GB
Hard Drive: 1TB
Video format: mp4
Workflow details: Sequences with screen recordings and camera Face HD recordings.
Steps to reproduce: footage added to the timeline and it doesn't scrolls left, right, up or down. Also scroll doesn't works on the other windows, just in the Project window.
Expected result: Hope to be able to scroll all over the Premiere windows.
Actual result: Not scrolling
