Buenos días, desde el 1 de diciembre empecé a tener problemas con Premiere pro v.23, estoy editando un video y de pronto el programa se traba y los espacios de trabajo empiezan a verse negros y no deja trabajar mas, hay que cerrar el programa y volverlo a abrir para volver a trabajar,  Mi computador tiene una memoria RAM de 32 GB y un disco duro de 1 Tb y la memoria gráfica es nvidia ultima generación. Me pueden ayudar gracias.

Welcome to the community! This shouldn't be happening. Could you confirm the exact version of Premiere Pro (Here's how to check)? Let us know which GPU and CPU you're using. If possible, please share a screen recording of the issue, it will help us better understand the problem.
